Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After this period, they can no longer be redeemed. The voucher can be used for the entire Le Patio Lifestyle range, both in the brick-and-mortar store and in the e-shop, but cannot be combined with other promotional or discounted offers.

The voucher is not subject to a minimum order value. The unused amount will not be transferred to the next purchase. Gift vouchers cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash. They cannot be used retroactively on orders already placed, but can be transferred to another person.

Once payment has been credited, we will generate and send the gift voucher electronically to your email. You will receive a unique code that can be easily redeemed when you make a purchase in our e-shop or in store.
